Felice Vinci, born in Rome in 1946; after performing classical studies in the high school, he graduated in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Rome. He became a manager in the National Company for Electric Power in Italy, then he retired in 2004. He has performed a research on Homeric geography which resulted in a book, Homer in the Baltic. The Nordic origins of the Iliad and Odyssey, published in Italy and seven foreign countries.
